Website Payment Plan From the date of the first payment, the client and Helios Oasis will have 30 days to collaborate and complete the design and development of the website. By the end of this period, the second payment of $300 must be made via a separate payment link to finalize the website.

The third and final payment of $400 can then be made anytime within 15 days after the second payment, through an additional payment link. This will bring the total amount paid to $800.

While ownership of the website will transfer to Jose Ortiz upon completion of payments, Helios Oasis will:

• Manage and Maintain: Provide ongoing management, technical support, and website updates as per the agreed service terms.

• Domain Management: Handle all domain-related services, including renewals, configurations, and technical support, ensuring seamless operation of the website.

Important Notes:

• This payment plan covers only the creation of the website for this time period. Once the website is finalized and the client confirms satisfaction, no further edits or updates will be made unless the client agrees to additional payments for these services.

• If the client is interested in gaining the ability to make website edits independently or accessing the full service offering from Helios Oasis, a subscription plan will be required. This plan includes tools, support, and additional services for long-term website management.

Scope of Services Provided by Helios Oasis:

• Ongoing technical support for any website issues or updates (during the initial creation period).

• Website enhancements or updates as required (during the agreed period only).

• Hosting (if applicable) and optimization for consistent performance.

• Analytics and reporting (if included in the service agreement).

Payment Details:

• Second Payment: $300, due by 21 December 2024.

• Third Payment: $400, to be completed within 15 days after the second payment.

• Total amount: $800.

• Payment links will be provided for each transaction and remain valid for a limited period. Please ensure timely completion to avoid service delays.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
